In the fall of 2022 I noticed the spring dividers on my dual rate spring kit were rubbing my shock bodies so bad it seemed like the shock bodies were going to have to be replaced soon. I immediately began to design a stainless steel sleeve to cover the existing shock bodies that would protect them from the constant rubbing by the spring separators. After 1000 miles of hard Missouri trail riding I could see my shock bodies were well protected. I made a few sets for friends, then a few more for friends of friends and Suspension Armor became an idea....

Once we had a design system in place to produce sleeves for RZR 1000XP, XPT, Pro XP, Turbo S and Honda Talon Live Valve Suspension Armor was born... We are working hard on design systems for new vehicles every day.
